Because the technical problems that have plagued this site for two months persist despite the best efforts of ordinary mortals, I have induced the mighty SuperShane to come to the rescue.
It turns out that even heroes need some room to work and some time to produce miracles. Consequently, Heck Of A Guy will be incommunicado for at least a couple of days and perhaps longer. The site should be viewable but no changes will be made; i.e., no new posts will be added, comments will be closed, etc. during this period.
By the time we’re back on the air, we should at least ahave an accurate diagnosis of the problem and be en route to a fix.
