I am taken with the cleverness of the medium mirrors the message advertising concept, but I’m also a tad conflicted about promoting the conservation of water by burning enough electricity to light up those stripped down but still huge billboards (click on graphic to view larger, even more impressive image).
I am also somewhat queasy about the notion of appropriating, I presume, the revenues paid by the water utility’s users to hire an ad agency and rent billboards in order to advise those same water consumers to consume less water.
