Previous Heck Of A Guy posts that referred to the Leonard Cohen tour interviews in the December 2008 edition of Uncut magazine1 have been associated with the graphic below, which is the cover for the UK edition of that British-owned periodical, featuring Paul Weller on the cover with Leonard Cohen relegated to an inset thumbnail adjacent to the “Leonard Cohen Speaks!” heading in the the top border.
Outside the U.K., however, it is the visage of Leonard Cohen himself, the performer who puts the “Lenny” in Lenny-mania,2 who is showcased on the cover of December’s Uncut.

I was alerted to the appearance of Leonard Cohen on the Uncut cover by Yankovic of Leonard Cohen Halls Of Fame.

- As noted in Why Is Leonard Cohen Smiling – And Who’s Lenny?, “Lenny-mania” is not a construct I favor, but it seems that it is goofy enough to have caught on in certain circles, and who am I to obstruct an admirable movement with a goofy name? [↩]
