Venice Soundcheck: August 3, 2009
Darkness, one of the new songs introduced during the 2008-2010 Leonard Cohen World Tour was first performed in concert in Nashville on Nov 5, 2009. It was, however, recorded during the soundcheck before the August 3, 2009 Venice concert by Maarten Massa. As the song ends, the nearby cathedral bells are heard chiming.
